VENUE HIRE

Our fabulous Clubhouse is the perfect venue to host fun and interactive parties in!

Our venue is based in Kingswells and can accommodate a party for a maximum of 28 people (maximum of 20 children). This number reflects on using the space for crafts or games and a mini disco, this would also be suitable if you are having buffet style food throughout the party.

For parties that involve a sit down food break, we can only accommodate a maximum of 16 children to ensure there is enough space for the chairs and tables. 

We have dedicated ourselves to being able to offer the perfect space to run our high quality party packages in. 

We can also hire out our space to smaller groups and clubs, this is subject to availability and purpose.

PRICES:

  • To hire our venue it costs £50 for those who have booked a party package with us. This includes half an hour prior to the party start time to allow you to set up decorations or organise any food etc. This also includes fifteen minutes after the party has finished to tidy and pack away any decorations or equipment you have taken with you. 

  • For an additional half an hour of set up/tidy up, this will be an additional £25.

  • To add on balloon decorations for your party tables, this would cost an additional £3 per table.

  • For private bookings, prices do vary and this can be discussed through email with our Events Manager.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Our party room is an open space that is suitable for themed parties, craft parties, pamper parties, science parties and smaller discos! 

  • Our party room has a built in sound system, disco lights and a disco ball.

  • Our staff will welcome you on arrival and will be available to help you to set up. 

  • Our staff will be on site at all times, this means you do not have to worry about anything related to the building itself.

  • The venue is cleaned at a very high standard by our staff prior to your arrival and after the party has finished. We only ask that you help to clear away your own equipment, decorations and food. 

  • We have a modern, spacious kitchen that offers facilities for you to use to serve hot or cold food.

  • Within our venue, there are four unisex bathrooms (one bathroom is handicap accessible and has baby changing facilities).

  • Tables will be provided for the amount of guests attending to use for food, cake or any crafts. 

  • We provide chairs with covers for those who are booking the sit down food break option (a maximum of 16 children).

  • We offer table cloths for the tables, you will be able to choose from a range of colours to match your colour scheme. 

  • Balloon decorations for the table can be added at an additional cost. 

PARKING:

  • We offer a small car park that can host a maxium of 3 cars. This can include staff parking too.

  • We ask that you park in either the Kingswells community car parks across the road, or use street parking on the main road.

  • Please refrain from parking in the Dickies Pharmacy car park as this is for customers only.
