VENUE HIRE

Our fabulous Clubhouse is the perfect venue to host fun and interactive parties in!

​

Our venue is based in Kingswells and is suitable for smaller parties - 18 children for sit down snack, 22 for buffet 

​​

We can also hire out our space to smaller groups and clubs, this is subject to availability and purpose.

PRICES:​

  • £75 for a 2 hour party at the weekend ​

    • Includes a half hour set up time​

    • £30 for each additional hour hire

  • £25 per hour for a Thursday or Friday evening ​party/event

    • Available after 6:30pm

  • £17 per hour for a regular weekday class slot 

    • Enquire for available time slots​

WHAT'S INCLUDED:​

  • Space that is suitable for themed parties, craft parties, pamper parties, science parties and smaller discos! 

  • Sound system, disco lights and a disco ball.

  • Staff to welcome you on arrival and help you with set up. 

  • Staff on site at all times, this means you do not have to worry about anything related to the building itself.

  • The venue is cleaned at a very high standard by our staff prior to your arrival and after the party has finished. We only ask that you help to clear away your own equipment, decorations and food. 

  • A clean, spacious kitchen that offers facilities for you to use to serve hot or cold food.

  • Within our venue, there are three unisex bathrooms (one bathroom is handicap accessible and has baby changing facilities).

  • Tables provided for the amount of guests attending to use for food, cake or any crafts. 

  • Up to 24 chairs available with the option of black or white chair covers.

  • Table cloths for the tables - with the choice of a range of colours to match your colour scheme. 

  • Add-ons of decorations are available

PARKING:​

  • We offer a small car park that can host a maxium of 3 cars. This can include staff parking too.

  • We ask that you park in either the Kingswells community car parks across the road, or use street parking on the main road.

  • Please refrain from parking in the Dickies Pharmacy car park as this is for customers only.

DECORATIONS:

We can offer a range of decorations for your party within The Clubhouse for an additional cost starting from as little as £20. All of these are set up by our staff before your arrival so no need to do it yourself!

SAPPHIRE PACKAGE - £20

Includes: 

  • 3 bunches of plain coloured helium latex balloons (3 per bunch)

  • Tablecloths & chair covers

  • 2 banners in the room

AMYTHEST PACKAGE - £50

Includes: 

  • 3 bunches of mixed plain and themed helium latex balloons (3 per bunch)

  • 1 bunch of balloons including a foil balloon (5 per bunch)

  • Tablecloths & chair covers

  • 2 banners in the room 

  • Foil curtain on entry 

  • Themed table decorations

  • Paper plates/napkins 

  • Cups 

  • Basic Photo Backdrop (choice of gold, silver, white or rose gold) & props

EMERALD PACKAGE - £75

  • Includes: 

  • 3 bunches of helium latex balloons (3 per bunch)

  • 1 bunch of balloons including a foil balloon (5 per bunch)

  • Tablecloths & chair covers

  • 2 banners in the room 

  • Foil curtain on entry 

  • Themed table decorations

  • Paper plates/napkins 

  • Cups 

  • Hanging roof decorations

  • Themed Photo Backdrop (choice of gold, silver, white or rose gold) & personalised props (includes more balloons/paper fans/banners on the backdrop)

  • Personalised signs in frames

SOFT PLAY PACKAGE

Venue Exclusive

We have wonderful soft play equipment available to hire for a party at our venue The Clubhouse!

Cost: £175 for 2 hours (including venue hire)

Suitable for children ages 0-3 years old. For a maximum of 25 people (adults & children).
